Chrisbry Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 I received all of mine last week. But I'm still waiting on seven 940's and I'm not getting any answers from ATX (Imagine that). But I'm on hold right now, and I'm not hanging up until I have my ACK's or it's time to go home -- whichever comes first. Edited to add: Same story, 2nd verse. Donna w/ATX called the E-Filing Center of the IRS and they stated that they (IRS) was having issues with the 940/941 ACKs -- they hope to have it solved in a few days.
