If the installation is like 2013, you must be certain to install the correct versions. Install on the server first. Call Tech Support. I am anxious to hear if their support has improved. Christian Posted November 30, 2014 Report Share Posted November 30, 2014 I have installed mine and tried to rollover my own return only to be told the program could not locate the prior 2013 information. DevM Posted December 1, 2014 Report Share Posted December 1, 2014 I Installed the Network Version on the Server (Serverand client) first. I than installed on a workstation (Client version only). No issues. Installation is the same as last year. Rolled over a fewreturns (1120S/1065/1120 and 1040) no issues. Recevied server retry a couple of times on the workstation.
