Jack from Ohio Posted January 13, 2015 Report Share Posted January 13, 2015 (edited) I have to look to see where the backup file folder is located. I will post that when I locate it. 1. Install 2013 on the new computer using the downloaded file from the website. You will need your installation codes. 2. Copy the backup file to an external drive. 3. Copy the backup file from the external drive to the hard drive of the new computer. Location is unimportant as long as you know where it is. 4. Open the program on the new computer. 5. Choose backup/restore 6. Follow the steps directing the program to the backup file you just moved. 7. Depending on the number of returns, it may take a while to restore.
