Robin Posted February 6, 2016 Report Share Posted February 6, 2016 A partner wants to use the office address on his personal K-1 (he owns the office building), rather than his personal residence address). Is there a problem with this? The other partner is objecting to this. I can't find anything on the requirements what address needs to be used. I'm sure PO boxes have been used. If there are employees that receive the mail, it is possible that one of them could see the K-1 and find out what the partners were earning.
