Drake not doing team viewer

This is going to be my very first year with Drake. Igot stuck in loading drake program in my new window 10 computer and I called Drake and asked if they could access my compute through Team viewer to help me understand what am I doing wrong.

The customer service rep said that Drake does not provide that service. I am curious because ATX did provide that service and when I used intuit, intuit also routinely offered to access my computer to see what I was doing wrong.

Is it case of miscommunication? If not how do you resolve problems with Drake when you cannot figure out what you are doing wrong?

I've never heard of Team Viewer, and I've never needed Drake to take over my computer.  However, I have had Drake people walk me through various tasks step by step in great detail.  Instead of asking for TV, how about asking for someone to walk you through Task X step by step, because you think you're doing something wrong.  I bet they will be both eager to assist a huge help.

Also if you post your problem here we may be able to help.  I had a problem and called Drake it took quite awhile but my support guy finally figured it out and it was simple.   If its the same problem I may be able to help.

Last tax season was my first year with Drake and twice they had me email a copy of the return that I was working on

and were able to quickly identify and resolve my problem(s). I never had any issues that would have needed them to directly access my computer.

Never had Drake do this either. Again, maybe we can be of some help if you post what your experiencing.
