Can you believe this - need now I have found the site to pay the $800/year and file yearly but cannot figure out how to create a LLC in CA - please any CA people. WITAXLADY Posted February 21, 2019 Author Report Share Posted February 21, 2019 ya - I was there.. ended up going to Rocket Lawyer for $99 and got it done - not quickly as they said 10 days but I also saw on the website they are just now doing Feb 12th,, so close.. and can do the EIN myself. I have a client that decided to do an LLC themselves, last year, and once they got the EIN from the IRS, they thought that was all they had to do.
