joanmcq Posted January 8, 2021 Report Share Posted January 8, 2021 I'm setting up my new computer and trying to access ATX to download my software. Of course I have to reset my password. So I click the link and.....nothing happens. No email to the account I have linked and I checked the spam, notifications, newsletters, etc to see if it went there by mistake. Waited a couple of hours to see if the email was slow, no email. Does anyone have the phone number for support so that I can call them tomorrow? The support number I have from sometime back is 1-800-638-8291. Not sure is it is still current. I don't know what the concierge number is. BLACK BART Posted January 8, 2021 Report Share Posted January 8, 2021 I just bought ATX Max a few days ago and the contact number we used was the same as Randall's above. The account manager's number on the invoice we received was 800-867-5713. In case the other number was overloaded or busy, maybe they'd transfer you to your guy.
