Randall
It didn't automatically load in one of my SCorps. But when I hit the add forms button, I saw them available. My question is do you add them to your return even if they're not needed? And is there a question or tick box to check regarding international activity? Lynn EA USTCP in Louisiana
Randall, I do not intend to add the K2K3 if not required. I am adding a 8275 disclosure form stating the entity meets the reporting exclusion requirements.
Abby Normal
I never saw them come down in the update report, but I do see them in Add forms.
mcbreck
Client has a K-1 and the K2 and K3 totaled 20 pages (with explanations). The entire downloaded K-1 package is 41 pages long.
