I test my double authentication from time to time and update the program.  All of that is working well.  However, I have found that Avast will not let me open the ATX program (programs) without shutting it off for a few minutes.  This is even after my IT person has instructed Avast to recognize ATX as safe.  Is there another name that we need to use such as Walter Kluwer, etc.?  Any input is appreciated.  I don't like shutting off the virus protection for any reason.  Thanks in advance.

Antivirus exclusions are based on exe filenames, so if you excluded atx.exe for every year you have installed, it should work. But there are other exe files involved in ATX so you might want to exclude those, too.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Wolters Kluwer\ATX 2023 Server\Sfs.ServerHost.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Wolters Kluwer\ATX2023\Sfs.Max.RolloverService.exe
