Multiple State Returns

I may have asked this question last year, but I only have one client

that files 2 state returns (Ohio & Nebraska). How do you e-file the

Federal as well as the 2 State returns? If I recall correctly, when the

e-file is created, the "box" shows the Federal and one state.

Click on the e-file and get the boxes to choose what returns to e-file. Select Federal and then one state gets to piggyback and the other is sent standalone. Unless both states require standalones. What you can't do is piggyback two states.

It will come up showing the federal and both states. You can piggyback one of them and do state only for the other one. I just e-filed three states .
