Printing Return in PDF Format

Check your foreign language packs in Windows, make sure that your settings are not set to something other than US English.

That's the most common solution. Past that? It's seriously a mystery. I've never been able to get a straight answer from anyone on it.

Have that problem every now and then and when it happens I can't print to any print driver in Windows from ATX, but every other software works just fine. Like jasdlm said though, restart ATX and the problem is corrected (until the next time).

There's another instance when the pdf file will be empty.

If you print a return to pdf and the realize you've included a form you meant to not print (or neglected one you wanted), and you re-print, and try to give the same file name. You can go through the "this file already exists! do you want to over-write it" question and say "yes" -- but the over-written file will be empty.

It is necessary to first delete the existing file and then re-print to pdf using the name again.
