Diane
I have a senior citizen client who just called. Said he received a letter from IRS stating that he owed additional taxes. He has lost/misplaced the letter and doesn't remember the details. Do we just wait for the next letter? Or, is there a phone number I can call to find out the details? GeneInAlabama
You can be sure he will get another one. Just tell him to be sure to send it to you as soon as he gets it.
BulldogTom
I would get a POA and call for the client. Chances are they will not remember what you told them. Just my 2 cents. Tom Lodi, CA
