Randall
If ATX is not piggybacking the state efiles, it still seems they are sending the state returns to IRS. I get acknowledgment status reports the state returns are IRS Cleared. So it seems that they are really piggybacking thru the IRS system, they just are transmitting the Fed and state at the same time. Is my understanding of the process correct? That's the way it has been looking to me.
Pacun
All the time, state returns go to the IRS since the IRS has access to the social security database AND the ITIN database.
kcjenkins
That is weird, mine changes to 'created' as soon as the fed is acked. I'd call tech support, or use the email to ask them why your 'release' part of the process is not working.
