schirallicpa Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 I have tried to search the PIB NYS website, but have found nothing. I even tried dialing their number to be put on hold for an hour, only to be hung up on. The Feds have the 1310 to collect a refund for a dead guy.
