BulldogTom
Finishing up a 1041 trust this morning. Everything went perfect...until I tried to print the payment vouchers to .pdf. When I look at the form in the return I can see all the data, and I can print to paper and get all the data, but when I print to .pdf, I get a blank voucher form. No taxpayer info, no IRS address to send it to, no amount to pay? I printed the forms and scanned them to pdf and got through the issue, but I never had that happen before. I did delete the form, save the return, and add the form back but I get the same result. No issue with the CA payment voucher, just the federal. Anyone else ever see this problem in ATX? Lee B
Sounds like the form may still be waiting for final approval?
Catherine
The ways of God and computers is strange, and not for mortal man to comprehend, @BulldogTom. Be grateful you found a work-around that did not include sacrificing a goat. 3
schirallicpa
I feel like the 22 ATX version thus far has been a little unstable. I have had it stop working on me completely a few times. And just randomly close itself. I'm working on a brand new PC, so at this point I'm blaming windows since I keep refusing to update to the newest version, so it plants a gnome in the software I use the most. BulldogTom
ATX support says it is a known issue. Tom Longview, TX
Abby Normal
I learned last year that if you do a print preview and print from the preview, it fixes the problem with 1120S & 1065 basis worksheets not printing. I'd try that first, whenever you have a printing issue.
