ATX always giving me a headache of some sort

I generally like the way ATX works.  But we all know that the customer support is terrible.  This year I open my software to start my first return and apparently I'm now on the PPR system.  Nope - that ain't right.  It takes a few minutes to find a phone number and then 20 minutes waiting for an answer.  

 

Once again - answering my own question - I had put in the 3 concurrent user code, instead of my Max code.  

 

Grumble Mumble......grumble mumble..........
