Catherine
All day when I try to get ack's, I connect to the EFC but then get stuck at the verify info link. I get "connection to the server is established" and then NOTHING, no matter how long I wait. Is this my issue -- or is it an ATX issue? TIA, Catherine Details: The connection to the server is established. Error: The transmission can't continue due to a server error. Error: Received response 12031: Unknown from the server instead of an XML document.
Bill N Debbie
Must be an ATX thing, I'm getting it too. Sorry for your luck, but I was hoping it wasn't just me. I thought maybe something on my end had changed. It is April Fools, and that conficker virus has me spooked. Bill
TaxmannEA
Same problem here. I also cannot get on the ATX support site.
Bill N Debbie
I finally got my ACKS, I transmitted some efiles and received my Acks afterward during the same session. Bill

GLJEANNE
It all seems to be down again now. No efile, no website. Sigh.
