Is it just me or is it part of the back-up ATX is experiencing? If it is just my problem I need to get in line with the support team. kcjenkins Posted February 3, 2010 Report Share Posted February 3, 2010 Thankfully, within about a week those wait times should improve. Always does, as the newbies learn their way around the program. I hear from friends with other programs that they are also having long wait times. Given all the new 'kinks' in the code I don't think it is surprising that it's this way this early.
