I know because I read on this site a good bit, and I saw where people were saying that there is links on the other site. I would be glad to give you the link if you need it. Everyone knows about it because either a: they got an email from atx or b: because it is listed on the atx support site.

CCH Plant? Is it in the rules that I must fill out my profile information? Do you treat all new people this way? Maybe thats why there arent as many people that use this board. Is this board for only the negative people of ATX? Maybe it should be renamed if that is so.

That is true, but EVERY customer knows about the other site and I see it as a VERY big plus that the other site actually has links to this site, which should bring the member count for this site up a good bit.

I think the software is really great. What I have found out is most of the problems are generated by antivirus and firewalls or always some screw up with Microsoft software (go figure).

I would say that the other board will have a lot more members. 700 customers on this site is like 2 peas in a bucket compared to how many ATX customers there are.
