JJStephens
Anyone have any suggestions where to find good, affordable E&O insurance? I'm an EA with about 25 years experience. I do about 100 returns each year but hope to beef that up in the future (as I just lost my full time pastor gig last month--deep sigh). Lion EA
NAEA has a group plan through Calsurance or some such designed for EAs. I saved over my previous company by switching.
BulldogTom
I use a broker out of San Diego called Dimirak. Never talked to anyone. Just sent in the Application. Get a policy from CNA every year at $165. Has not changed in years, if ever. Been with them for about 10 years I think. Tom Lodi, CA

Randall
Ask about legal fees included too. You'll have a deductible but you need to know that's your max out of pocket.
Catherine
For a number of years I used Target Insurance (placed through The Hartford). Switched a couple years ago to Traveler's. Got quotes for increased coverage and they had a somewhat better rate and guaranteed it for a couple of years. $500/year but I have tons and tons of coverage including for legal bills.
