Christian
I can't speak for anyone else but my decision to stick with ATX appears to have been correct. I could not believe such a large company would not move aggressively to resolve the issues with their product. My software is working ok and oddly enough this on a slower computer (I am a patient person ). It's also great to be a member of such an astute forum whose members fill in my gaps .
WITAXLADY
good for you! I still have mixed feelings... slow to rollover, feecollect has not worked on one yet - may have to delete and start over, printing changes very irritating - not printing all I ask for, but way better than last year with too many pages, hate the OIH worksheet - but you are right on with the forum! Pacun
I have had no problems so far. There are a couple of glitches in my situation but it is an excellent program this year. I will be happier when people get their refunds that way I will make sure that it works.
Gail in Virginia
Fortunately, even if you change software they don't kick you off of this forum! But I am glad ATX is working this year, even though we jumped ship early on after last season's fun and games.
KINGCHUCK1971
This is my 1st year with ATX so far so good. I've completed about 75 tax returns so far. I was formerly with Tax Act Preparer's 1040. I must admit that ATX is more of a professional grade for me.

It is working better than last year but dont be fooled all they did is move the crap out point to a level they hope most users will not reach. To completely fix the software they need to get out of the 1900's and develop a 64 bit program.
minkcpa
I have not had my program update go red so not doing anything right now as a much better start than last year. I hate to even say it.
