One type of cisco switch is a local-area network (LAN) switch that provides high-speed connectivity, applications, and communications systems. They make a wide array of equipment from local 'switches' for departments for $100+ to high end telecomm equipment that easily could be $50k+. There was a cowboy show called "The Cisco Kid." You can catch radio episodes even now on some public radio stations. Some of us thought it was just great! In the original O. Henry story The Caballero's Way (1907), (the inspiration for a series) Cisco's horse was an unnamed speckled roan. In the movies (starring Cesar Romero, Gilbert Roland, Warren Daxter, and Duncan Renaldo) and the TV series, the horse was called Diablo.
