BulldogTom
The form 8867 is still a draft. Does this cause any e-filing problems? Thanks in Advance Tom Lodi, CA

Teri2414
I also have had no problems e-filing with it. It is not actually included in the e-file info sent as it is for our own records. I also have acceptances back for those with EIC - although all my early are going thru the quirky transmitted/accepted/transmitted thing in my e-file manager (and CCH did post something about working on that glitch, the returns themselves are accepted and fine)
Eli
The form 8867 is still a draft. Does this cause any e-filing problems? Thanks in Advance Tom Lodi, CA It works just fine. I fill it out n let the taxpayer sign it. My efiles have gone thru with no problems. Eli
BulldogTom
Thanks to you all. I thought so, because I wasn't getting a red error when creating the E-file. But I wanted to make sure. My first EIC return of the year. Tom Lodi, CA
