I've filled in all birthdays, ss#, 12 months in home, what am I doing wrong? I can override, but like for everything to flow like it's supposed to. Any ideas where I've messed up? Margaret CPA in OH Posted March 11, 2010 Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 If you are using ATX, have you checked to be sure the birth date is correct? The birth year must be 1993 or later. Marie, Well I see I'm not the only one with that problem. I've encountered it numerous times this year. I have to manually click on each one. Eli I would delete the dependent all together and then re enter does this happend all the time or just this one client?
