I had originally considered becoming a Navigator. I have since come to my senses and will NOT. I will advise my clients about the tax implications and requirements, but when it comes to giving them advice about who, where and what to purchase for health insurance, I will opt out. Three reasons: 1. The entire new system was broken when it was designed and is a total train wreck now. 2. I will not take on the liability of advising someone about those issues. 3. As I learn more about the ACA, I totally understand why so many states opted out of having exchanges. The liability now falls on the Federal Government when the system implodes and fails.

The 2013 program does away with the need for Peer to Peer setup. The installation program and entire program engine are different.

I do not buy into the whole "It is not safe unless it is encrypted" hysteria. Contact me with a message and I will explain my facts and information. I am sure I will be blasted by the paranoid petunias about it. For the record, there is NOTHING in Circular 230 requiring encryption of information sent via electronic means. Another misinformation rumor.

2012 is what it is. By now, you should have figured out that you must click on save every few minutes while preparing to prevent data loss. This has been the case since February. There is no fix.

My oldest daughter turned 29 this past July. Been married since August 2007. I know the feeling!! My other kids are not married yet AND have no kids!!

My oldest daughter and son-in-law just told us this week!! Expected due date 2nd or 3rd week of May. I am not sure it has totally sunk in yet.

Tom, Just the possibility of your son going to one of the several colleges mentioned is enough reason to brag about your son all you want!!

Did you fill out the surveys and send all this information to them? Having these issues and not reporting them defeats the purpose of the beta test.

You just blew any chance of my helping you by not listening to what I have had to say. If you are so tech savvy, why were you not invited to the CAB meeting. You need to seek another software company and get over yourself. Spend your time making sure the conversions are correct. You and Taxed make a good pair. For the record, my testing far exceeded anything you have mentioned and if you are one of the beta testers, you are sure not acting like it.

Sounds like here at the firm. All the procrastinating procrastinators are showing up.

2012 is not going to be "fixed" anymore. Slowness may be caused by any of 100 issues that have been discussed at length in threads here with helps and workarounds as well. My recommendations for hardware with proper processor speeds, adequate RAM and fast hard drives remains the same since Feb. My recent Beta testing and trip to the CAB meeting confirm my recommendations as solid. It is far too late to make these changes now.
