New CD Arrival

Does the archive disc need installation codes to install? I don't have the installation codes because a former worked in my office took the original disc along with codes and refuses to return it. If installation codes are needed, how can I get them when I can't get through to ATX?

If you can get into My ATX, you can go to My Products and your unlock codes should be there. I don't think you need codes, because, in the past, if you keep the software up to date, there was no need to install. Maybe things have changed?

I agree, you don't have to reinstall it, the archive cd comes in handy if you buy another computer and want to move your clients and don't have to go through the whole online update process.

I might also add, if you have kept up on the updates, the new client organizers will be in the program.

I did need the installation code to install the archive disk on new computer. I was able to get it from My ATX under my products. Installation and transfer of clients went smoothly. Long story here, but I won't bore you. We used export and import to transfer the client files.
