You can hack the URL to change the year (both places) or to change Premier to Pro, if you need that version. This downloads the small setup file that in turn you need to run to start the Download Manager that downloads the actual install file. Uncheck the Launch when done box so it doesn't try to install it, even if you want to install it, because it will delete the install file when it's done. If you get an error while downloading, turn off your antivirus.

To add to the confusion, a new software program is being installed and that usually leads to early complications and unforeseen bugs.
