I had this same problem last year and someone on this form told me how to fix it. I think it was Jack. I have looked and looked and can't find it to change the order the forms print out. I want the invoice , 8879, 1040-V then the 1040. B, A etc. Where do I change this? TIA

And if you mail the extension form 4868 and 7004 it does not take a signature. I just call and ask if they want an extension filed and make a note in file.

What do you mean by schedule C loss carryovers"? did they have a NOL? carryover from 8829? schedule C itself does not have a carryover.

the bite coin one should be an error for sure. It's was hard to find at first and now I need to remember to mark it until the season gets going strong.

it's not a printer problem, it is an ATX program problem or the user (me) for not checking the right box I think. But I can't find it.

And you can only add 3 accounts per day, and time is running out. there is a special line you fill out if the 1098 is someone else name and you are claiming. it. attached schedule to schedule A interest paid. do the jump to option from the line.

I was able to come in early today and got right thru to support. They logged in my computer and fixed it. She also offered to download my 2019 program to see if I had any problems. Everything went great and we were done in 23 minutes. Best tech support I have had from ATX since the very beginning.

I had my IT guy load Windows 10 pro and everything was working until I tried to open prior years of ATX. I have 13,14,15,16 and 17 that I need to be able to work. 2018 works. Anyone else have this problem after upgrading to 10? is there a fix? or do I need to call ATX and wait on hold forever? thanks for any insight.

How did you do the Quickbooks patch? I can't open my QB 12. I have 5 versions of QB that some clients use. Only one that didn't open is QB 12 pro

I have an old HP & Brother printer that stopped working. I need to dispose of them both. Do Printers have a "hard Drive" etc. that I have to remove before dumping? I know Copy machines do not sure about printers. TIA
