Gail in Virginia Posted February 23, 2013 Report Share Posted February 23, 2013 I believe that you can If you have the correct EIN. I am not sure that you can before April 1. I think in the past the IRS has wanted you to wait until then if filing form 4852 to give employers plenty of time to get the W2 to employee. Lynn EA USTCP in Louisiana Posted February 23, 2013 Report Share Posted February 23, 2013 In my experience while the IRS Wage & Earnings reports accurately reflects what has transpired federally, it does not (and never will) report the state withholdings. I am able to create the e-file, but the 4852 is NOT among the lucky winners on the list of e-filed forms. What do you think? Is ATX missing it? Surely IRS requires the form.
