Yell and protest at everything till they get frustrated enough to connect you. The process is such a crock of male bovine scat to get to a high level tech. The one "customer service" girl named "Precious" knows my name now and does NOT like me!! It is the only method of contacting a top level tech.

This is a known IRS issue that ATX has not found a fix for. I have had one with that error since 2-11-15. Paper file. That is what I did.

We had one from TT with 106 pages. Actual forms, 6 pages. TT owns stock in the paper industry.

If it was cancelled student loan debt, there is NO method available to exempt it from income. I have played that game with a client as well. Not even insolvency will work.

I use night deposit. Usually at 7:00AM on the way to my part time job at the firm. -

You are correct. E-file only sends data. E-file has been available since first day of e-filing.

Agree with MsTabbyKats. I call them retreads. Retreads have price increase. No complaints yet.
