Can it be done? Yes. Is it easy? NO You need an I.T. specialist to help you with the move.

This just in... Prior year efile- federal and state information We have posted new EF Info forms to 2012 and 2013 ATX to allow you to efile those two prior years. You will download federal and state EF Info forms This includes both business and individual returns that IRS allows to be efiled. If a form or field in a particular return disallows efile, the software will display text to you during diagnostics. For state information, please refer to the chart on this KB article to know which return types are allowed to be efiled for prior year. I expect that Turbo-Tax will be better than normal for my client list this season. -
So I Did a Return Through Turbo Tax Online

You should allow one of the members here to do your returns. I would prepare them for you at a VERY REDUCED rate, just because you do so much for us on this board. Things you struggle with, are normal things we deal with every day. -
Only 2012 & 2013 will allow e-file. Not certain about how many states will allow e-file of 12 & 13 tax returns. We do returns from all states, and undoubtedly we will have several with 12 & 13 to do. I will keep up on which states go and which states don't. I started a thread about this and will post what I find there.

How about putting locks on all the doors leading to your office. When you are away, lock the doors. Easier than locking file cabinets.

It comes down to who is owner of the policy. The answer for this one is that simple. If the church is owner, group plan medical. If the pastor is owner, additional wages added to his W-2.

So the phone you are describing is not capable of making phone calls etc? I am thinking about last year's smartphones from a family member. I do not own a smartphone or tablet. -
Buy new. Trust me.

Do you have a price assigned to the Fee Collect form? I am not using Fee Collect this year. Using Square and taking credit and debit cards. Not playing that game anymore. -

The employer cannot designate what the employee does with his raise in pay. If he DOES designate that it is for health insurance premiums, then, and only then, is he on the hook for penalties. If I am doing payroll for a company, it is my responsibility to have informed them 15 months ago that the change was coming. We are already seeing that the big payroll companies are NOT doing that. Trust me, there are going to be a lot of unhappy people when the effects of this are known at tax time.

Those are it, along with several worksheets.

At the firm, I will file tomorrow. Not likely to be a tsunami like last year. Nonetheless, cautiously skeptical...

We have 11 more filing days this season compared to last year.
