I need a couple 2016 tax transcripts for amending - asked the person who takes care of this 4 weeks ago to do - turns out - she doesn't like to do it!! client/friend called crying (hysterically) today about I am not really sure - just scared! But she is still working fixing lunches at school kitchen 4 hours in am and babysitting grandkids (shes about 50) - i Not at all worried about her hubby who is a truck driver, packs his own lunch, use paper towels while fueling and rest stops, - I said he should also change his shirt! One office staff person came in - asked her to leave her coat in plastic bag - so warm when she went to car and take shoes off and wash her hands in warm soapy water at door - my she was offended - snapped at hubby - cried later as she was scared - She is not coming back for a couple months? Rest are remote .. but some stuff I needed but as of today in North Central WI we are closed to the public. And hubby says if someone is in the office I am upstairs! and they must wipe down and disinfect before I can go down and that I must wear shoes in the office and take off at stair door! I am always barefoot!! but everyone wants to come in, wants their taxes down now!! - they are not taking this seriously!! D

My memory does not work well from tax season to tax season so I am always too nice the next year - especially with those that call and "ask are they done yet?" , "I have more info" - after they are done, etc.. so I started today putting an asterick by their name! for an increased fee...

yay! I do not have to spend hours rolling over and efilng extensions by 4/15! such a pain - I am so excited! There should be a batch extension like organizers!! But I will keep working.. But I am sending out an email with updates AND an auto reply email - only focusing on taxes and will get back to you if vip, not critical tax issues until a later date - such questions they ask - I don't know the answers to! so we are having such issues with 2019!! 2018 mostly is fine so it is a 2019 problem Booting up it takes forever to tun - says not responding, retry error just sits there - doesn't even spin need to shut down thru task manager and then I'll turn around and it is gone - shut off by itself!!! I know you all have said every return shut off and on - not the issue - this is in a sort of small return! turning on, etc any ideas! My IT person (offsite) doesn't even know.., I can't get taxes done!! I mostly am checking them and it takes forever!! For them to input and me to finish. Thank you, D

since last week already we have locked the door Proactive, not overreactive doing curb service - with one of the staff for drop-offs and the few that will not pay by charge card and sign pdf tons of sanitizer, washing hands secure emails no tax packets going out - pick up later - too cheap to mail! one staff went to a local tournament - she has off for 5 days working remote -make sure she is not contagious - unlikely as probably not here in Northern WI yet! another one is working remote due to age another one, I paid $20 to stay home from bingo!! in a bar - - she said she could win $36, I said you want a job? She had a birthday supper instead for her mom in law - would not have gone anyway and she took the $20! His family will not let his sister take his mom out of an assisted facility even tho the close daughter who is a nurse said she would take her home and she is home - eye surgery - elective. ( I sent them all the article!!) My daughter - nurse pract for well children, was switched to the clinic where they are taking the suspected Corona cases - has 3 children at home with teacher dad.. Wxpectas to get the virus... Other son in law will lose his restaurant business if there is not a good shore up package.. He is desparate One son is in cheese production - running full stream as cows keep making milk but will people come to store to buy? Schools, restaurants are not - what happens to excess cheese? Farmers cannot stop cows? And other son is fine - working remote with 3 young children - work said it is vacation time if not on computer working - NICE! We saw them not too long ago Easter will be on hold I will keep working.. people keep calling - Where are my taxes!! You brought them in 3/6? You know anything after 3/1 is an extension! But it is nicer working with less traffic. and I got a prescription for pnemonia Mon... so am working slower anyway! Life was good!! Roll with the punches - Pray a lot, pray more!!
