  1. If you enter 0.001% you can make the business use % zero.
  2. I guess the TPP 1040 Lite is a lesser version Practical Tax Expert Pro that comes with TTO and Advantage. I'm not surprised that it's still accessible in Intelliconnect. Do you see Practical Tax Expert Pro?
  3. It's included in the Max package. It may well not be included in whatever levels are lower than Max. Here's the comparison chart: https://www.cchsfs.com/professional-tax-software/compare-atx-packages.aspx
  4. Tax line research has always been in the right-click menu for tax form lines, and it's a clunky interface just as rfasset described. The right click menu also has Master Tax Guide or you can click on the green Tax Research icon in the top bar. If you click on the green Tax Research icon, you can get to the TPP 1040 Lite tax line research by expanding: Federal Tax Federal Tax Editorial Content CCH Tax Prep Partner TPP 1040 Lite and then scroll thru the various subjects. Or click on CCH A-LINE-D and that clunky interface will open in a popup window.
  5. It did cause excitement, just not the kind ATX was hoping for.
  6. Maine NR Worksheet B. Rent loss goes in col E. Wages should automatically be in Col D.
  7. We had a squeaky refrigerator door and a smart Guinea Pig who made the connection. He'd go nuts whenever we opened the fridge.
  8. You mean, none of you found it to be an " exciting change"? That's wording from ATX's announcement.
  9. MD entities were listed to be ready on 2/17 but became ready earlier this week. I complained on the forums about one MD personal property form that was not ready yet and ATX responded and got it done that day for me. Squeaky wheel!
  10. An unfiled year remains open forever... is my understanding.
  11. It was a really bad idea to enable this by default. Don't they have some forms or important issues they could be working on?!
  12. Just click the Search Online icon again. Like so many things these days, it's a toggle.
  13. Back when I was researching this, Foxit Phantom did not have this feature. I use Foxit reader and I had used an old PDF editor of theirs, so I naturally checked with them first. Glad to see that they've added this feature. I'll get a trial after tax season. Thanks!
  14. In case you missed it: https://support.cch.com/sfs ATX says it's the same knowledge base that support uses when you call. I suggested an enhancement for a filter by year of program because on my first use I was seeing articles for 2011, 2012 that were of no use for the newer versions.
  15. Maybe a copy of the Serenity Prayer would be helpful. "Lord, help to accept the things I cannot change..." I've considered automating my password with a macro called pw= that would type my password for me. As long as I change the macro every time I change my ATX password, it would work.
  16. If you do resort to sticky notes, just show enough of the password to jog your memory. For example if your password is $t1ckyw!cket22 just write down $t*****22 so no one can decipher it but you. Besides, if you forget your password you can always reset it or change it.
  17. I guess I've gotten used to this because I've been changing passwords at IRS eservices and ATX website for years, and more recently QuickBooks. I just have to keep a password protected spreadsheet list of all my passwords because I can't remember them.
  18. Yeah, that guy who posted about autosave didn't even understand that it has NOTHING to do with backing up.
  19. Not working for me either. ATX may have programmed around it.
  20. I just updated forms and one item was called Rollover. See if updating fixes this.
