It seems that the ATX programmers sometimes make the forms harder to use with all of these bunny hops. I gave up on the one 2555 I do and just overrode the lines, although I hate to do that. taxbilly

I always have my clients get their subs to fill out the W-9. That's the best way to avoid a penalty. taxbilly

I think the IRS will accept the bank letter and abate any penalty. taxbilly

What really got to me when ATX pulled the plug on the community is the timing and how they didn't even mention it on their learning center even though they knew their customers were upset about it. taxbilly

Had only one Schedule C audit last year and they were mainly concerned with the auto mileage log which was lucky for me because they picked the one of not many of my clients that happened to be diligent in this area. taxbilly
