If CCH is bringing pressure on TRX regarding use of the name ATX and also asking Braeden to curtail communications with this board, I feel that we now have the attention of those that so rudely terminated the "Official" ATX community last year. I have no doubt that the powers that be will not allow TRX to steal existing customers in the future. BUT for this year, I think they just might be stuck and have to suck it up. I consider it condign indeed that a large percentage of our 934 members may actually switch to TRX. z
