Click on the "Page" button right next to the "Print" button, works perfectly.

This is a great printer unless you HAVE to network it. On sale right now on Amazon for $214.26 and free shipping. I always get my cartridges for this printer also on Amazon from Cartridge Warehouse. The last ones were 4 for $55, free shipping. They last longer than OEM. Have had mine for about four years now. Also, my old HP 1200 is still doing a great job. (I know there is one person who reads this board who thinks it should be in a museum).

I question why you are selling it in the first place. I have one which worked perfectly with ATX 2012; never had a problem printing the entire season. When I say I have one, I mean A HP2035 although mine is not the network model. I don't think I paid much more than that for it new from Amazon with free shipping. On the other hand, I wouldn't consider selling it. I will grant that the toner mileage isn't great, but have found a supplier whose toners work perfectly and last longer than genuine HP. At one time I never would have considered using an off-brand, but for the sake of economy, I have to. Will not use a refill, though. FWIW

This is why it's hard to trust our government today

I agree wholeheartedly. As a sole proprietor, I am not taking a job away from anyone and have nobody to pick up the reins. -
When I first opened it, the pictures weren't there. I wondered what you were all talking about. I just went back and looked and now I see a kernel of truth.

Completed and identified myself! I have nothing to hide!

Let us know. Since our systems are similar and I haven't budged from 12.15 yet because I am not having any current problems. Thanks Joan.

I was kidding about the junk food. We never had money for that. My boys grew up on homemade bread, jam, canned fruits and vegetables and home-cooked meals. They also played outside in the fresh air. But, so do all of those things apply to my husband to an even greater degree. His parents were much poorer than we were, but his Mom could whip up a great meal from seemingly nothing.

My husband is 5'9" and our two boys are 6'3" and 6'4".....go figure. (Junk food???????????) Glad you had a great Father's Day. "We" did too.

Thanks, Judy..........

I did the numbers on the 2012 program and found the answer. Thanks to any of you who even considered offering two cents worth. Client is happy with Possible results and since he has a willing buyer may just get out from under this rental; though it is not the one he would like to be selling.

For qualifying relative the person must either (a) live with the taxpayer all year as a member of the household or ( be related to the taxpayer and have gross income less than $3800. The taxpayer must provide more than half of the person's total support for the year. Hence Qualifying Relative Dependency for possibly all three, but no Child Tax Credit. IMO
-
Dependency may be Qualifying Relative. Generally taxpayers with one or more qualifying child may be able to claim a child tax crdit. I am thinking dependency (yes); child tax credit (no). What about the daughter? Does she make more than $3,800? She could also be a qualifying relative. These rules make your head spin.

Am I correct that under the terms of the American taxpayer Relief Act of 2012; the Capital Gains Rates for taxpayers with taxable income under $400,000, will remain the same as for 2012. I have a client who is considering selling a rental property and am trying to do a workup for him. Working it out on the 2012 program, they have a taxable MFJ income of $69,733 and would not owe any CG tax. This is calculated on the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet. They will have a little more income in 2013, but more itemized deductions and will be adding an exemption in October. Am I thinking in the right direction?

I believe we all get those calls and letters from HRB and (in my case) Liberty every year.

So, what was the issue here? Natural disaster and flood aside, there was very little to pay for after deductible.

That pretty much answers my question about the son who inherited his mom's entire estate. Mom has to file a final return. However, she sold bonds before she passed and has a 1099-Int for $26,000 of bond interest. Since the son inherited the estate, including the bond and bond interest proceeds, why would he not be responsible to pay the tax liability for mom? Jainen?

Have you ever gotten a "yes" on an innocent spouse claim? I haven't!

I have never been that excited about E Services for all of the above reasons. And, logging in is sometimes more difficult than logging into My ATX.

Most people with a car that old don't even carry collision. Of course, it depends on the shape and condition of the car and/or the laws of the state. In any case, comp is very inexpensive, but in WI (land of snow and salt) a 2001 Buick might not be worth much. As I said, it all depends on facts.
